Walnut Brownies


250 g  Pure Ghee or Butter
250 g dark chocolate
4 large eggs
300 g caster sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
160 g plain flour
200 g walnuts, chopped


Melt Pure Ghee or Butter  and chocolate together and leave it aside to cool thoroughly.

Beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale. Add in the melted chocolate, vanilla essence, flour and walnuts.

Fold in gently.

Pour onto lined baking tray and bake at 180¦#0176; C for 23 minutes.

Note: Walnut can be substituted with other nuts like macadamia, peanuts, pistachios, pecans,
desiccated coconut, dark cherries etc.

The batter can also pour into paper cases to make little cup cakes.
