Tapioca  Curry

 

Ingredients

Grind:
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp urad dal
5 tbsps coconut oil
a few curry leaves
salt to taste   4 tapioca roots
1 coconut,scraped
5 green chillies
1tsp turmeric powder
2 cloves garlic
1 onion

Procedure

    *  Peel and cut the tapioca into small cupes.
    * Wash well and cook in water with salt, till soft.
    * Add the paste to the tapioca. Mix and cook for a while.
    * Heat coconut oil, add uraddal and one sliced onion and fry till brown.
    * Pour over tapioca mixture.'
    * Stir and cook for a few minutes.Serve hot.
