Fried Fish


 
 
Ingredients

500 gms pomfret
Grind:
coconut oil as needed
2 cloves garlic
salt to taste
6 red chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp pepper
 
procedure

    * Clean and rinse the fish several times.
    * Add salt and turmeric powder to the masala paste and smear the mixture on the fish.
    * Keep aside for one hour.
    * Shallow fry the fish on both sides till brown and crisp.
    * Remove excess oil.
    * Continue and fry all the fish pieces similarly.serve hot.
